There is no additional cost for Customer Portal! You will be able to share a unique link to any job with your clients so everyone can have eyes on drilling operations remotely - this will enable safer operations and real-time communication from any mobile device.
Drakewell Realtime is a surface data feed directly into any job in Drakewell. This must be turned on for your instance--at that time there is a small monthly fee added to the base monthly to have this turned on. The usage fee for Realtime is on a job-by-job basis. We have packages available for purchase and offer volume discounts.

With your Drakewell configured and tested, this phase is all about getting everyone comfortable in the system. This starts with another on-site visit and will continue with phone and video calls to answer any questions and address any concerns.
